Music May Help to Lower Blood Pressure

A recent study of people with high blood pressure found that listening to a half an hour of Classical, Celtic or Indian (Raga) music accompanied with deep breathing on a daily basis for a month significantly lowered blood pressure. This is something to consider as a complement to conventional therapy. Not only is it relaxing and fun, but it may have therapeutic benefit as well.
