Each of our providers will try to work carefully with your doctor to ensure a comprehensive approach to your health. Our providers always take the time to get to know you, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable during your appointment.


Julie Anderson, R.D.

Julie is a Registered Dietitian in private practice. She provides individual consultations, creates programs for corporations, consults for food companies and gives professional and public seminars.

Before moving to Southern Oregon she was the Program Director for The American Heart Association in Cleveland where she designed and implemented programs to help reduce heart attack and stroke risk.

Julie also coordinated Nutrition Projects for the Preventive Cardiology Program at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Heart Center. She was the dietitian for the Lipid Clinic, conducted research and helped create an entertaining culinary-education program which celebrated local chefs.

She is certificated in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association and has recently developed a program to promote healthy weight in children.

She received her bachelors degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and completed a Dietetic Internship in Augusta, Georgia at University Hospital and Medical College of Georgia.

Louise Lavergne, RYT

Louise coordinates the yoga program at Triune and is the owner and director of JoyFull Yoga located in Jacksonville, Oregon. She has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over 18 years. She has also worked as a Life and Wellness Coach for over 15 years, empowering and inspiring her clients to manifest success in health, personal and career goals. Her work, both intuitive and innovative, is tailored to the needs and aspirations of individuals or groups. In 2001, she created her innovative program Yoga On The Go to demystify yoga in the work place. This program teaches both techniques and strategies that can be incorporated into any lifestyle to increase productivity and well-being.

Wendy Ortiz

Wendy Ortiz is the Clinic Coordinator at Triune. Before coming to Triune, she worked in both a chiropractic office, and in a family practice medical office. Known for her friendly and warm manner, she makes patients feel welcome whenever they call the office.

Caryn Tierney, Licensed Acupuncturist

Caryn has been practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine since 1996. She holds an MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a BS in Nutrition and Food Science. Caryn specializes in a unique style of Japanese acupuncture which is very gentle and effective for many problems. Acupuncture works by opening blockages in the body's meridians to allow the correct and health-giving flow of Qi and blood, thus allowing the body to heal itself. Commonly treated medical issues include headaches, back pain, joint pain & inflammation, stress, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, side-effects from cancer treatment, peri-menopausal complaints including emotional problems and hot flashes, PMS and menstrual pain, neuropathy and more.


Christa Rodriguez, LMT

Christa began practicing massage in 2006 after receiving education from the Ashland Institute of Massage. She continues to evolve her practice with specializations such as Orthopedic Massage, TMJ Treatment, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Muscle Energy Technique. One quality of massage that makes Christa unique is how she encourages the client to be an active participant during and after a session so that they become more aware of how their body reacts and ultimately gives the client the tools to take control of their own healing process. A resident of the Rogue Valley since 1981, Christa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Southern Oregon University (2002) and is also a graduate of St. Mary's School. She also has recently expanded her certification to include the care and treatment of competition and pleasure horses- a reflection of her love and gratitude for the animals.
