It is a new year that is packed with potential. We have a chance for change and hope in the face of some scary times. It is time for all of us to be the change we hope for....don't you think?

New Year's Resolution

As a show of good faith, I would like to propose that we make New Year's resolutions that we can keep.
So, how about resolve to be healthier this year than you were last year.
Try and add one fruit or vegetable to your diet each week. And, how about adding 10 minutes of exercise to your daily routine each week? Make a new friend, learn a new language, and laugh out loud at least 10 times a day! Take small steps and before you know it, you're taking a giant leap.
