It is never too late

It is never too late to exercise no matter how old you are!
A recent study done in over 2000 Swedish men has confirmed this.
This study found that premature death rates were higher in men who were sedentary.
No surprise there. However, when they observed men who started exercising after the age of 50 they found that
after 10 years of exercise, their death rates were similar to those who had been vigorous exercisers their whole life. These results are very encouraging.
It certainly looks like you can prolong your life with exercise no matter when you start to do it.
